Step 3: Submit the Application

Step 4: Declaration

You must declare that the information provided is correct and true to your knowledge and that any false information will render the application liable for punishment under section 30 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Step 5: Submit to the District Magistrate/Commissioner of Police

The completed application form, along with the necessary documents, should be submitted to the District Magistrate/Commissioner of Police of the relevant district.
